We are passionate about what we do. We love to discuss world politics, history and philosophy with fiery hand gestures over a hot cup of Greek coffee. We cook ten different meals for a dinner party of four. We find any excuse to celebrate and when we do, we dance until our legs give way. So as you will see, we are a people of passion and excess. Consequently we will share the Greek experience with you here with nothing less than absolute zeal.
